FROM CEO TO STRATEGIC PARTNER

After years working in the for-purpose sector and leading a mental health organisation as CEO, I decided it was time for a new chapter, one where I could work alongside more leaders and organisations, to navigate change, lead with purpose, and build stronger systems from the inside out. The shift from CEO to consultant wasn’t about slowing down—it was about narrowing the focus. I’ve always been drawn to the strategy side of leadership, making sense of complexity, connecting the dots, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work. Now, I get to do exactly that, partnering with organisations and teams who are ready to think differently, act with intention and lead with clarity and purpose.

  • Most of my work is centred around ongoing advisory, consultation, facilitation, and leadership coaching - supporting boards, executives, and team leaders to strengthen how they work and harness new opportunities. I tailor my approach to suit each organisation’s needs. Whether it's through project-based support, one-off workshops, or long-term advisory partnerships, I focus on creating the conditions for people and organisations to do their best work—at the boardroom table, in executive meetings, or in team settings.

  • I am primarily based in Hobart, but happy to travel intra/interstate

  • While health and the for-purpose sector are where I have the deepest expertise, my leadership and strategic skills are highly transferable and can add value across a range of contexts

  • I’ve worked with a diverse range of organisations, including government departments and agencies, boards and executive teams, sector-wide networks, policy and research organisations and various advisory groups and steering Committees. My experience also extends to direct liaison with Premiers, Ministers and their advisors, as well as Commissioners and departmental secretaries.
